Make An Appointment

We’re here for you and can schedule an appointment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the office is not open, we can refer you to one of our on call Doctors at your nearby hospital.

New Patients

  • We kindly ask all new patients to call 919 294 9440 to schedule or complete the request for appointment link
  • If you are brand new to our office we require a $100 deposit to hold your first appointment. This will be applied to your charges for your first visit.

Existing Patients

Existing patients my schedule through our on line portal or contact the office and we would be happy to schedule you accordingly.

When scheduling an appointment, please be mindful of our insurance and practice policies.
