Yes. Upon request and a small fee for administrative time, we will provide you with an itemized and coded receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Since we are not contracted with any insurers, we are “out-of-network” on all insurance plans. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance plan to determine if you will be reimbursed for out-of-network expenses. Government insurances such as Medicare and Medicaid do not allow a claim to be submitted.
